I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way, without counting calories or weighing myself too often. That being said, I know what weighs my body is healthy so here are my app. stats....... SW: 138, GW1:129, GW2: 124, GW3: 119, GW4:115 anywhere between 115-120(ie wherever my body deems a good balance)
