I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way, without counting calories or weighing myself too often. That being said, I know what weighs my body is healthy so here are my app. stats....... SW: 138, GW1:129, GW2: 124, GW3: 119, GW4:115 anywhere between 115-120(ie wherever my body deems a good balance)

I purged for the first time today. It was weird. All of the sudden when I was washing my face in the bathroom I just felt so full and disgusted and there I was, kneeling over the toilet, sticking my hands down my throat. I did it like 4 times and I felt this weird feeling of satisfaction every time I looked down and saw more and more in front of me. It was an odd feeling of control. But I looked in the mirror after and just saw a sad little person.
I’m scared.
